Grieving Widow Struggles with Loss of Hotel Manager Husband

The wife of a Hazelwood hotel manager, Victor Fooks, who was shot and killed outside the hotel he managed, expresses her grief and shock over the incident. Two suspects, Jaylin Mcelroy and Marshaun Brinkley, along with a juvenile, were involved in an altercation and were asked to leave the premises. When Fooks and his associate confronted them in the parking lot, the suspects opened fire, resulting in Fooks' death. The suspects were later apprehended and are facing multiple felony charges, including second-degree murder.
