Handyman reclaims mother's house from squatters.

A handyman in Northern California took matters into his own hands after suspected squatters took over his mother's home. After being told by law enforcement that he needed to go through the courts to remove the squatters, the handyman wrote up a lease agreement designating himself as the legal resident of the home and let himself in using the keys. He installed security cameras and gave the squatters a deadline to leave, which they missed, but they were gone by 3 a.m.
