Harvard Medical School morgue manager charged with selling stolen human remains

A former morgue manager at Harvard Medical School, Cedric Lodge, and four others have been indicted on federal charges for allegedly conspiring to steal and sell body parts from cadavers donated to the institution. Lodge is accused of stealing dissected portions of donated cadavers, including heads, brains, skin, and bones, from the morgue and transporting them to his home in New Hampshire, where he sold them across multiple states. Harvard officials called the alleged activities an "abhorrent betrayal" and "morally reprehensible."
