Indicted driver charged with murder in fatal Apple store crash.

A Massachusetts man, Bradley Rein, has been charged with murder, motor vehicle homicide by reckless operation, and 22 counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after his SUV crashed into an Apple store, killing one man and injuring 22 others. Rein had previously been arraigned on charges related to the crash and released on bail. The new murder charge moves the case to Brockton Superior Court. Rein's attorney called the charge "astounding" and said her client had fully cooperated with the investigation.
