Two minors were shot during a large fight among over 200 minors near the Inner Harbor in Baltimore. The police intervened and arrested one person with a loaded gun. Baltimore Police Commissioner Michael Harrison said that young people have easy access to firearms and have no respect for human life or authority. Since the start of 2023, five children under 18 have been fatally shot and another 23 have been injured by gunfire in Baltimore. Mayor Brandon Scott announced that there will be citywide curfews this spring and summer.
