Five people were injured, including a 21-year-old who was critically wounded, in a Saturday shooting near Virginia State University. Investigators say Camron Harris, 19, not a student, posted on Instagram before the attack and exchanged messages about finding a gun and shooting the campus; he was found hiding in a dorm room and faces multiple firearm-use counts and malicious wounding charges.
