ISIS-linked bomb plot alleged at NYC protest outside Gracie Mansion, two teens accused

Two teenagers, Emir Balat and Ibrahim Kayumi, are charged in an ISIS-linked bombing attempt during an anti-Islam protest outside Gracie Mansion, with dash-cam footage purportedly showing them discussing casualties and how many people to kill. Prosecutors say they traveled from Pennsylvania to New York, planned to detonate improvised devices, and face multiple counts including conspiracy to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization and use of a weapon of mass destruction; they are due for arraignment on April 15.
