Joran van der Sloot to be extradited to US in Natalee Holloway case.

Joran van der Sloot, the main suspect in the 2005 disappearance of American student Natalee Holloway, has been extradited from Peru to the US to face charges of extortion and wire fraud. Van der Sloot is currently serving a 28-year sentence in Peru for the murder of a Peruvian woman. Holloway disappeared during a trip to Aruba with classmates and was last seen leaving a bar with van der Sloot. Her body was never found, and no charges were filed in the case.
