Jordan Neely's Subway Choking Death Sparks Protests and Police Search for Suspects.

Police are searching for protestors who jumped onto subway tracks and disrupted service in protest of Jordan Neely's death. The marine at the center of the controversy, Daniel Penny, has not been arrested. A grand jury will decide if Penny will be charged for putting Neely into a chokehold that led to his death. Neely had a history of mental health issues and had been arrested 44 times. Penny's attorney claims he was aggressively threatened by Neely and could not have foreseen his death.
