Philadelphia police respond to a disorderly crowd of juveniles in Center City, resulting in five arrests and one officer suffering a significant knee injury. The juveniles were throwing rocks, jumping on police cars, and climbing light poles. Police called for more support and began asking juveniles to leave the area, encouraging them to go back home.
