49ers Owner Jed York Pleads No Contest in Ohio Incident
San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York pleaded no contest to two charges—disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools—stemming from an Ohio arrest in East Palestine. He was sentenced to one day in jail for each count (to be served concurrently), fined a total of $1,150, and ordered to complete an online course. York, 46, has long ties to Ohio, led the 49ers since 2008, became principal owner in 2024, and also holds stakes in Leeds United and Rangers via 49ers Enterprises.
