Louisiana Authorities Investigate Missing Persons Cases and Develop Incentive Fund.

The body of Rachel Hann, a missing St. Francisville woman, was found in the Mississippi River on June 1, after being involved in a boating accident on May 30. Hann was the passenger in a boat that hit a moving barge, causing her to be ejected into the water and not resurface. Her body was recovered a couple of miles from where the incident took place by the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries and the West Feliciana Parish Sheriff’s Office.
