Louisiana man mistakenly shoots 14-year-old playing hide-and-seek.

A Louisiana man, David V. Doyle, has been arrested and charged with aggravated battery, four counts of aggravated assault with a firearm, and illegal discharge of a firearm after shooting a 14-year-old girl in the back of the head while she and other children played hide-and-seek on his property. The girl was transported to a hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries. Doyle reportedly told detectives he observed shadows outside his home, retrieved his firearm, and began shooting at people running away from his property, unknowingly hitting the girl.
