Louisville Man Pleads Not Guilty to Chaining Woman in Park Hill Home

Moises May, a man from Louisville, Kentucky, pleaded not guilty to charges of kidnapping, wanton endangerment, assault, and other offenses after being accused of chaining a woman to the floor in a home near the Park Hill neighborhood. The victim, Jonna Wilson, shared her harrowing story of survival, stating that May had cut her hair off with a machete, made her strip naked, and threatened to kill her. May's bond was set at $100,000, with orders to have no contact with the victim or their child. The next court appearance is scheduled for August 28.
