Manhunt Ends: Suspect in Series of Fatal Shootings Found Dead in Texas

Romeo Nance, the suspect wanted in the fatal shootings of eight people in the Joliet area, was found dead in Texas after a confrontation with US Marshals, where he took his own life. The shootings occurred at three locations in the Joliet area, with the suspect known to the victims. Nance had a history of criminal charges and traffic violations in Will County, and was previously charged with unlawful discharge of a weapon in a road rage incident.
