"Manhunt underway for two escaped inmates from Missouri jail"

Seven inmates escaped from the Barry County Jail in Missouri after assaulting two correctional officers. Three of the inmates were caught shortly after the escape, while two remain on the run. The Missouri Highway Patrol and U.S. Marshall Service are assisting with the search, and the inmates are considered armed and dangerous. The jailers received medical treatment and were released. This is the second escape from the Barry County Jail in a year.
