Mother and boyfriend arrested after remains of missing 4-year-old found.

The remains of a child were found in Memphis, and while a positive identification has not been confirmed, the mother of missing 4-year-old Sequoia Samuels and her boyfriend have been arrested and charged with various offenses. The mother, Brittany Jackson, has been charged with Aggravated Child Neglect, Abuse of a Corpse, and False Offense Report, while Jaylon Hobson is being charged with False Offense Report.
