Mother arrested for DUI after 2 children fatally struck on California freeway.

Two children were killed after being hit by a car on a freeway in San Diego County, California, while retrieving luggage. The driver of the car, identified as Sandra Ortiz, was arrested on felony charges of driving under the influence, gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, and child endangerment.
