Duggar Parents Face Expanded Charges in Child Endangerment Probe
Joseph and Kendra Duggar have been charged in Arkansas with four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and four counts of false imprisonment as authorities expand an investigation tied to their family home. Joseph, who was previously arrested in Florida over a 2020 incident involving a 9-year-old and reportedly admitted to unlawful sexual contact, remains jailed in Arkansas awaiting extradition to Florida. Kendra was arrested two days after him on separate charges. The case is active, with authorities saying limited details will be released to protect minors. The Duggars’ four children are Garrett David, Addison Renee, Brooklyn Praise, and Justus. If convicted of all counts, the couple could face up to eight years in prison.
