Mother of Missing Wisconsin Boy Faces Additional Child Neglect Charges

Additional child neglect charges were filed against Katrina Baur, the mother of a missing 3-year-old Wisconsin boy, who was last seen on Feb. 20. Prosecutors amended the felony count to chronic child neglect and filed a misdemeanor charge against Baur, alleging she left the child unattended on multiple occasions. Her request for a bond reduction was denied, and her preliminary hearing was rescheduled to March 14. Baur's boyfriend, Jesse Vang, who was charged with party-to-a-crime child neglect, is also being held on bond.
