A five-month-old baby was found dead in a home in northeast Albuquerque, and the mother, Christina Bennett, is facing charges for child abuse. Bennett refused to appear in court and is also facing charges of battery on a police officer. When police arrived, Bennett was uncooperative and resisted arrest.
