Mother's Boyfriend Charged with Murder After Body of Missing 1-Year-Old Found in Abandoned Dresser

The body of a 1-year-old girl, Oaklee Snow, who had been missing since January, was found in a dresser drawer of an abandoned building in Indiana. The boyfriend of Oaklee's mother, Roan Waters, has been charged with murder and neglect, while the mother, Madison Marshall, has been charged with neglect and assisting a criminal. Witnesses said Oaklee was last seen alive in February being carried out of a "drug house" in Indianapolis while wrapped in a blanket. Waters was previously charged with child abuse for hitting Oaklee in the face last November.
