Multiple Fatal Shootings Reported in Portland, Suspect in Custody

Two men were shot and killed in a strip mall parking lot in Southwest Portland, and a third man who witnesses said had pulled a gun remained at the scene and was detained by police. The bodies of the two dead men lay on the pavement behind a black car parked in front of Bentoz Teriyaki and JJ’s Caffe in the Barbur Square mall. Detectives are still investigating the circumstances that led up to the shooting.
