Multiple Fatal Stabbings Under Investigation in San Diego and San Francisco

A domestic violence situation in downtown San Diego turned deadly when a 64-year-old man was stabbed multiple times in a parking garage. A 27-year-old security guard and a 62-year-old woman also sustained injuries. The suspect, a 58-year-old man known to the married couple, fled the scene and was later found dead in a vehicle with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The incident is being investigated as a homicide and apparent suicide.
