"North Dakota Woman Admits to Poisoning Boyfriend for $30M Inheritance"

Ina Thea Kenoyer, a North Dakota woman, pleaded guilty to intentionally murdering her longtime boyfriend, Steven Edward Riley Jr., by poisoning him. Kenoyer believed Riley was going to leave her after inheriting $30 million. Riley fell ill and died shortly after meeting with friends and a lawyer about the inheritance. An autopsy confirmed poisoning as the cause of death, and Kenoyer was arrested and charged with felony murder. She is scheduled to be sentenced on August 13.
