"Nurse's Shocking Confession: Attempted Murder of 19 Patients and Link to 17 Nursing Home Deaths"

A nurse in Pennsylvania is facing additional charges after admitting to trying to kill 19 patients in her care. Heather Pressdee, already charged with homicide and attempted murder for the deaths of two patients and hospitalization of another, now faces two counts of first-degree murder, 17 counts of attempted murder, and 19 counts of neglect of a care-dependent person. Pressdee allegedly administered lethal doses of medication, including insulin, and took steps to ensure her victims died before shift change. The patients were being treated at multiple care facilities, and a total of 17 patients died under Pressdee's care. Pressdee's defense team says she is cooperating with prosecutors.
