NYPD Fatally Shoots Suspect in Brooklyn Double Murder

Jason Pass, the suspect in the double fatal shooting of his neighbor and stepson in East Flatbush, Brooklyn, was shot and killed by police in Bath Beach after a three-day manhunt. Pass was hiding inside a vehicle, and police are awaiting a search warrant to determine if the weapon used in the killings is still inside. The gun was not registered to Pass. During the encounter, Pass lunged at one of the officers, prompting multiple officers to discharge their weapons. Pass had been on the run since Sunday and was located using a license plate reader.
