Ohio Father Indicted for Killing 3 Sons, Could Face Death Penalty

Chad C. Doerman, an Ohio man, has been indicted on 21 counts, including nine counts of aggravated murder, eight counts of kidnapping, and four counts of felonious assault, for allegedly shooting his three young sons in the head "execution style" in his yard. The mother of the boys was also shot in the hand. Doerman could face the death penalty for the killings. The motive for the crime is still unknown. Doerman has had 15 brushes with the law since 2009, including a domestic violence misdemeanor charge involving his father in 2010.
