Ohio man receives 35-year sentence for sexual crimes against child.

Nicholas J. Veerkamp, a registered sex offender in Ohio, has been sentenced to 35 years in prison for sexually exploiting two minor children, ages 9 and 12, and taking sexually explicit photos of them. He was also convicted of being in possession of child pornography. Veerkamp had a prior conviction in 2016 for having sex with a 13-year-old girl. He will have a lifetime of supervised release once he leaves prison.
