Parenting YouTuber Ruby Franke Pleads Guilty to Child Abuse Charges

Ruby Franke, a popular parenting YouTuber with over 2 million subscribers, pleaded guilty to four counts of aggravated child abuse after her 12-year-old son was found emaciated and malnourished with open wounds. Franke's YouTube channel, 8 Passengers, faced scrutiny from viewers who raised concerns about her parenting methods, including withholding food as discipline. The channel was eventually deleted. Franke's business partner, Jodi Hildebrandt, was also charged in the case. Franke is scheduled to be sentenced in February.
