Pennsylvania parents arrested for keeping 7 kids in deplorable conditions with rats and padlocked fridge.

A Pennsylvania couple has been arrested and charged with seven felony counts of endangering the welfare of children after seven children were found living in deplorable conditions, with disintegrating floors, bugs, and a lack of food. The children, between the ages of four and 16, were wearing filthy clothes and needed emergency medical attention. A concerned neighbor called the police after seeing a malnourished child go into an abandoned trailer last month. The parents are currently free on bail.
