A Philadelphia man, identified as Cody Heron, has been charged with multiple counts of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and possession of an instrument of crime after a video showed him kicking in the rear windshield of a car with two children inside and pointing a gun at the driver's head. The incident occurred when a group of ATV and dirt bike riders converged on the area around City Hall. The suspect was tracked down with the help of tips from the public, and evidence including the bike, clothing, and a handgun were seized from his home.
