Police arrest suspect in connection to I-83 carjacking and shooting incident.

Pennsylvania State Police have charged Jajyevoune Lee, 22, with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, robbery of a motor vehicle, persons not to possess a firearm, evading arrest on foot, possession with intent to deliver, flight to avoid apprehension, and recklessly endangering another person after he tried to carjack a woman on I-83 and shot her in the chest while attempting to escape police. Lee was also wanted on multiple felony warrants for violent crimes in Baltimore. The incident started with a robbery in a parking lot in York, which led to a manhunt and the eventual capture of Lee and his accomplice.
