Police Dramatically Rescue Chained Woman in Kentucky Home

Body camera footage released by the Louisville Metro Police Department shows officers rescuing a woman who was found chained to the floor of a house in Louisville, Kentucky. The woman had been heard screaming for help by neighbors, prompting the police response. The suspect, Moises May, has been arrested and charged with several felony and misdemeanor crimes, including kidnapping and assault. May allegedly cut off the woman's hair, physically assaulted her, and then chained her to the floor, taking away her phone to prevent her from seeking help.
