Police investigate fatal incidents during illegal street racing in Philadelphia.

A large group of drivers caused chaos throughout Philadelphia, including shutting down a portion of I-95, resulting in a police-involved shooting that left 18-year-old Anthony Allegrini Jr. dead. The incident began when over 300 cars gathered in the city's Bustleton section, with one driver hitting a responding police car. When police responded to the I-95 incident, they found numerous vehicles doing "burnouts" and "drifting," with pedestrians spectating. Two troopers were struck by a driver who failed to yield, and one of the troopers discharged his service pistol, killing Allegrini. An investigation is ongoing.
