Police Issue Shelter-in-Place Order During SE Portland Shooting Suspect Search

A shelter-in-place order has been issued in the Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood of SE Portland as police search for two suspects involved in a shooting incident. An officer witnessed the suspects firing shots at an apartment building and attempted to intervene, but the suspects fled. No injuries have been reported, and a tactical team, crisis negotiation team, air support unit, and K-9 unit have been deployed to search for the suspects.
