Surviving suspect charged with murder in Chino Hills kidnapping-killing
The surviving suspect in the Chino Hills kidnapping and killing of Shukur Aikebaer, Jianquan Bo, 66, has been charged with murder. Authorities say he was a passenger in the vehicle and knew the plan, while his brother Zhengfeng Bo was the shooter who was killed by deputies after a brief pursuit. A special‑circumstance kidnapping allegation could lift the case toward the death penalty; Jianquan Bo remains jailed without bail and is set for arraignment in Rancho Cucamonga as the investigation continues.
