Police issue warrant for suspect in Huey's shooting near East Memphis restaurant.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Chase Harris, a suspect in the shooting at Huey's in East Memphis. Harris was released from the hospital before investigators could determine his involvement in the crime. Three suspects are still on the run and wanted by authorities. The off-duty police officer who witnessed an attempted car break-in shot one of the suspects. Harris is wanted for theft of property, auto burglary, five counts of aggravated assault, and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon.
