Rash of Shootings Injure Multiple People in Philadelphia and New Orleans

Philadelphia police released surveillance video of a shooting that injured three teenagers earlier this week. The video shows four males, armed with rifles and semi-automatic pistols, firing more than 60 rounds down the block before running away. The suspects were all wearing face masks. Two of the three victims remain in critical condition. Police are asking anyone with information about the shooting or the suspects to come forward.
