"Retired American Couple Vanishes as Yacht Disappears in Caribbean"
TL;DR
Retired US couple Kathy Brandel and Ralph Hendry vanished while sailing off the Grenada coast, with their yacht found abandoned, blood-stained, and 80 miles off course. The Royal Grenada Police Force suspects foul play and links the couple's disappearance to the escape of three prisoners, who are believed to have killed the occupants of the yacht. The couple, seasoned sailors, had recently completed a Caribbean rally and were last seen near Grand Anse Beach in Grenada. Family members have requested that non-officials stand down from conducting searches, and a fundraising appeal has been started to support the couple's loved ones.
