Rising Incidents of Juvenile Gun Violence in Baltimore and Philadelphia

A 12-year-old boy was shot multiple times with an assault rifle type of weapon in southwest Baltimore on Saturday night and died at Shock Trauma. It is unknown whether the victim was the intended target. Baltimore Police Commissioner Michael Harrison implored the public to call authorities with information, and Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott expressed frustration and anger over the incident.
