Road rage incident on far West Side injures 6-month-old child, SAPD reports.

A 6-month-old child was injured by shrapnel during a road rage incident on the far West Side of San Antonio. Two drivers hit each other several times with their vehicles and then started shooting at each other. The child was taken to the hospital with its mother. Both drivers were detained by officers, and the investigation is ongoing.
