The Rochester Police Department has identified the victim of a shooting as 24-year-old Osbel Ornelas, with two men from Rochester, Isaac Gutierrez and Jose Gutierrez Ojeda, facing charges in connection to the incident. The shooting occurred during a road rage incident near Chick-fil-A, resulting in Ornelas' death. Surveillance video and witnesses indicate that Isaac Gutierrez was the gunman. The victim was taken to Mayo Clinic where he later died, and it does not appear that the groups involved knew each other.
