San Antonio police officers face murder charges in fatal shooting.

Three San Antonio police officers have been charged with murder in the fatal shooting of Melissa Perez, a woman who was experiencing a "mental health crisis." The officers were suspended without pay and later arrested on murder warrants. The shooting occurred when Perez refused police orders to come out of her apartment.
