San Francisco DA clears Walgreens security guard in fatal shooting.

San Francisco residents expressed anger and frustration at a Board of Supervisors meeting after the district attorney's office announced it would not be pressing charges against a private security guard who allegedly shot and killed 24-year-old Banko Brown in front of a Walgreens store last week. The alleged shooter, Michael Earl-Wayne Anthony, was released after the DA's office said he acted in self-defense. Many residents demanded that city leaders resign and called for the release of security footage. Board President Aaron Peskin said he would ask the DA to reconsider her decision.
