SC Murderer Released Early Ordered Back to Prison by Supreme Court

Jeriod "Jeroid" John Price, a convicted murderer in South Carolina, who was released from prison 16 years early, is now a wanted man after the South Carolina Supreme Court voided his release. Price was released after a secret hearing, which violated state law. The Smalls family, whose member was killed by Price, was not informed about the hearing. Attorney General Alan Wilson asked the court to issue a bench warrant to bring Price back into custody. Price's lawyer argued that Price would be killed if he were to go back to prison.
