School Counselor in Bucks County Charged with Sex Crimes Against 14-Year-Old Student

A 35-year-old middle school counselor in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, has been charged with sexual contact with a 14-year-old student. Kelly Schutte allegedly groomed the boy starting in fall 2022, and the sexual relationship continued into the following summer. The abuse occurred in both Bucks and Montgomery counties. The Pennridge School District became aware of the allegations in July and is fully cooperating with the District Attorney's Office. Schutte has been released on bail and placed on administrative leave.
