Second suspect arrested in fatal drive-by shooting of 2-year-old girl.

A 17-year-old has been arrested on a capital murder charge following the drive-by shooting death of a 2-year-old girl in San Antonio, Texas. Police believe the shooting was orchestrated by a relative of the ex-girlfriend of the son of the homeowner, who was the intended target. The relative, identified as Anthony Arizmendez, has not been arrested in connection with the shooting. Arizmendez allegedly asked the 17-year-old and a juvenile suspect to carry out the shooting in retaliation for a disturbance between his family member and her ex-boyfriend.
