Shooting incident rocks downtown Sacramento

One person was injured and another person is in custody after a shooting in downtown Sacramento near the Downtown Commons and Old Sacramento areas. Police officers are investigating the incident, and at one point, police tape blocked off both ends of the tunnel connecting the two areas.
