"Southern California Condo Residents Fearful of Window-Smashing Neighbor"
TL;DR
Residents of a Long Beach condo complex are living in fear of a neighbor who has been threatening them, vandalizing their property, and exhibiting unpredictable behavior. Multiple complaints have been filed, and some residents have even obtained restraining orders against the man. The Homeowners Association is taking legal action, but neighbors fear that the situation will continue to worsen. This comes amid a broader concern about accountability for perpetrators in the city, with similar issues reported in other neighborhoods.
